There’s something special about music.
Sometimes a song is simply a song. Other times, it becomes a memory, a feeling, a place, or a moment in your life that you never quite forget.
For me, music has always been about that connection — taking inspiration from the music I love, creating something of my own, and sharing it with people who appreciate the journey as much as I do.
🎵 A Little Bit of Everything
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to perform some incredible songs that have inspired me along the way.
Songs like “Sad Eyes,” “Save It For A Rainy Day,” “Sara Smile,” “How Long,” “Lotta Love,” and “Summer Breeze” each have their own personality and their own story.
These aren't simply songs to me. They're part of the soundtrack of different generations.
There’s something incredibly rewarding about taking a song people already know and love, putting your own style into it, and watching someone smile because it brings back a memory.
Maybe it reminds them of a summer from years ago.
Maybe it reminds them of someone special.
Maybe they simply love the groove.
Whatever the reason, that's the magic of music.
✍️ Then There Are the Original Songs
While performing and recording great cover songs is a huge part of the journey, creating original music is something completely different.
An original song starts with an idea.
Sometimes it's a melody that suddenly pops into your head. Sometimes it's a rhythm, a bass line, a lyric, or simply a feeling that you want to turn into music.
That's where songs like “My Reflection,” “Freedom,” “Crazy Steppin’,” “It Has To Be Real,” “Put Your Hands Together,” and “Easy” come in.
These songs represent another side of the musical journey — creating something new, personal, and completely our own.
All of this music was produced by Joe Kustek from Alien Airplay, whose production helped bring these songs together and shape them into the finished recordings.
🎸 Music Doesn't Have to Be Complicated
I've never believed that music has to be overly complicated to be meaningful.
Sometimes the simplest groove can be the one that makes you move.
Sometimes a few chords and the right melody can say more than a thousand words.
And sometimes all you need is a great rhythm, a good bass line, and the feeling that everything is just right.
That's what I love about playing music.
It's not about trying to prove something.
It's about feeling something.
🌴 Keep Creating. Keep Playing. Keep Moving.
One thing I've learned through all of this is that you can't spend too much time worrying about whether everything is perfect.
Create it.
Play it.
Record it.
Share it.
Then create something else.
Every song doesn't have to be a masterpiece. Every performance doesn't have to be flawless. What matters is that you're putting something real out into the world.
Because music is supposed to be alive.
It's supposed to move.
It's supposed to make you smile, dance, think, remember, and sometimes even heal.
🎶 The Best Part Is Sharing It
At the end of the day, that's what this whole journey is really about.
Sharing music.
Sharing the songs that inspired me.
Sharing the original music that comes from the heart.
Sharing performances, memories, and a little bit of sunshine along the way.
And if even one song makes somebody's day a little better, then it's worth it.
So turn up the volume.
Put on your favorite song.
Grab your headphones, your instrument, or just your dancing shoes.
And don't forget to enjoy the ride.
🎵 Life is better with music.
Thank you for listening, watching, supporting, liking, sharing, and being part of the journey.
There are plenty more songs, stories, and good vibes still to come.
